Ok ive been dieting for a month and about 2 weeks ive been doing alot of situps and leg raises i do about 100 sit ups a day ive been noticing some small toning in my chest muscles when i lay on my back i can see my abdominals tightning a little big but i still am not toned on my lower stomach . Im trying to have a fully toned chest and i want a 6 pack what can i do to sped up progress
