Rose water?

ok so im starting to work out more now and i think from sweating its making my face dry and red.i use neutragina acne stress control to clean my face.i use the moistrizer cleanser and exfoliater.i heard rose water is a good hydrater.if i use rose water plus neutrgina what do you tink will happen.should i still use the moistrize from neutragina if i use rose water
