Can a migraine last more than 2 days?

I've had migraines for 40 yrs. I know what you're talking about. After many doctors and cat scans I was put on Imitrex. That helped for many years, but now I'm on Relpax. (very pleased with it). Migraines can last for days, even a week. However, I'm happy to say that the migraines now last but a few h ours. I wish you the best.
