Do you think he may be jealous?

I've been FWB with this man, "J", for a few months. We actually dated before, but not officially. We're in our late 20's. We have fun when we see eachother and I'm fine with the no commitment for now, as I found out he's a commitment-phobe anyway. Plus, I'm busy with my job and school, and a relationship is the last thing I need to worry about. Lately, he's been saying things that make me think he may be jealous? One night, he saw me looking at my phone and then said, "oh, if you have other men to go see, it's ok i guess, let me know.." Another time, I saw him after a night out with the girls, and the first thing he said was, "why do you look so hot? where did you go? who did you go with?" When I saw him last night, he told me went bowling at a popular bowling place, and I told him I was there recently with my friend, her husband, and husband's coworker b/c they were trying to set me up with her husband's coworker. I described the bad double "blind date" to J (I didn't find the coworker attractive at all, he lacked personality, and there was no chemistry between us) and J was seemingly silent the whole time and looked annoyed? All he said about the date was, "oh, he sounds like a real winner.." What is going on here?
