I have a huge question?! Kids Movies/ Show Name?

So when I was about 7/8 I used to watch this movie and it had a little girl and a little boy and there's this mouse thats a ballerina. Anyways its the little girls birthday and they go into this world where its all fun and games and the little girl sings alot and she wears a red dress and dances on a picnic table and they have a dog and they sing a bunch of kid songs and I cant remember what this show/movies is called but if someone knows what im talking about. The songs they sing are BINGO, Little Teapot and Itsy Bitsy Spider
