Runescape - What is a bot that I can use that won't steal my account, get me banned the least, & no viruses?

I have never botted before, but Runescape is becoming an almost all bots game. Also, I want a bot that will not steal/drop my items, and/or hack my account, and it needs to be free. Another thing that I don't want the bot to have is viruses. Finally, I would like you to include what the bot needs me to install so that it can be used. Thanks for answering!
