Unsecured bad credit loan? im looking to consolidate some credit card debt?

are there any places out there that can help me with a 12,000 loan? i would just rather have one payment than 4 or 5. i can handle the payments im trying to make it easier because i keep forgetting the 2 until the last minute? anyone know of any that will do it with a 600 credit score?
