Can a rabbit have tourtettes? (sp?)?

My new four week old holland lop rabbit has spasims every time I take her out of her hutch and put her in her playpen. She twitches her head and feet then jumps sideways all very fast and in one motion. She does this several times in a row then stops. What is this?
