What is the BEST electric Dog Shock Collar?

I have a small min pin and it barks like crazy. I don't want him to be barking in a hotel. So I would like to know the best electric dog shock collar. What I mean by "best'" is that he barks once and stops. Lol sounds cruel but I have no other choice. My dog never behaves it hates everybody and everything. It barks even when I get up from bed or when I close doors. It's really annoying especially when its at night and everybody is sleeping. Min pin is aggressive breed. And please no vibrators. They suck.
